TIME TO HEAL is a Christ-centered retreat created specifically for adult survivors of child sexual abuse. Creating an environment of safety, compassion, confidentiality and healing requires a special team of people willing to serve and/or contribute to the needs of the weekend.

There are opportunities to serve both during the retreat weekend and behind the scenes. Some positions involve direct interaction with retreat participants, while others support the retreat through hospitality, operations, security, prayer, fundraising, communications, preparation and volunteer care.

Because of the vulnerable population we serve, the weekend retreat team who will be participant-facing, overnight, leadership and certain other positions may require additional screening, training, references, background checks and/or an interview before placement.

Submitting an application does not guarantee a volunteer assignment. All volunteers will be placed according to retreat needs, qualifications, experience and appropriate level of participant contact.
